Privé de nombreux joueurs, le PSG a pourtant assuré face à Toulouse (3-1) en Coupe de France.

« Avec ce match face à Toulouse (3-1), le PSG démontre, si besoin en était, qu’il possède un effectif fabuleux. Zlatan, Silva, Motta et Sirigu n’étaient pas là, c’était la colonne vertébrale en moins.

Face à Ajaccio (0-0), ce n’était pas un problème de nombre d’attaquants, mais un problème de profil des attaquants. Dans ce quatuor offensif avec Pastore, Lavezzi, Moura et Zlatan, qui est ingérable tactiquement, il te faut une pointe. Et si les autres ont des qualités, Ménez et Gameiro sont capables de le faire. Dans ce quatuor, tu ne peux pas te passer de Ménez. »

J'avoue que la profondeur d'effectif du PSG fait peur! Avec une dizaine d'absents, Ancelotti arrive quand même à aligner une équipe séduisante et compétitive.
